The most useful feature is Call Answering. I can schedule an automated message to any callers, or have someone pick up my calls after business hours (when our sales associates are not available). If you're looking for one way calling this solution works well on your account as long as enough agents do it right so that no inbound caller hears multiple ring tones - which happens with some third party programs. You need lots of people doing it right if you only want "one-way" support like we use here at A2Z Recruitment Solutions. Our team members who answer incoming phone calls have their own individual preferences about how they handle these issues. Some prefer talking directly via email while others feel more comfortable talking over the telephone, but there's nothing inherently wrong with using both avenues! For me personally answering phones has been great because I've become much better at handling difficult situations than when I worked from home without seeing our customers face/body language. I have been using this for years now, it's easy to use with all of my clients in different states! It makes communication easier when you are miles away from your client or even housebound!! The only thing that gets annoying is sometimes they don't answer right off so then i end up leaving voicemail which can be hard since some people ignore them but if u do get an option just leave another message because eventually someone will call back. You won’t regret trying out office sense. !
