Weak, loose fitting feed mechanism is bullshit
I don't know how this product got positive reviews. The retreat system doesn't work, so don't even try to install it. The fabric is thin and the stitching looks like it was done by a child. The awning's material doesn't fit snugly against the frame, so it dangles and looks cheap. When the wind blows the whole frame moves (because you can't retract it properly with the pulley system) so you have to constantly go outside and fix the position of the whole thing. This wouldn't be a problem if they didn't use cheap velcro. Unfortunately I bought 3 of these and didn't bother installing the first one in 2 months so I can't return the other 2.
