Very strong, no assembly required and totally worth the price! I put it in my fridge so we had extra shelf and didn't have to stack tray upon tray to pre-thaw dinner. Now my fridge's photos are empty, but it's usually full of things. I've shown you both ways we use it. Being able to just try up and down is usually enough. But sometimes we move things and expand them. We also sometimes have to take it out when we have a large roast that we put in the fridge. This is our backup fridge so we mainly use it for defrosting and drinks. Hasn't rusted yet. Store in the fridge for 2+ months. I just added a photo of my fridge loaded with a tray of four packets of chicken breasts, then a styrofoam tray is lined with hamburgers, and the next tray is a whole chicken along with a thin, long container of chicken giblets.
