Review on Ozmo by Josh Parson

The most useful function we have found with this product so far has been being able to access our CRM from anywhere at any time via mobile or desktop (it's also very good looking). We haven't had many problems but if there are then it would help us resolve them quickly without making lots of calls back into HQ! It could take some getting used too - I'm sure once you spend several hours messing about trying things out everything gets easier though :) Accessing sales data when working away form office etc which was previously not possible since all previous systems were designed around people sitting behind desks doing paperwork rather than walking miles every day over public transport.
