The most useful function we have found with this product so far has been being able to access our CRM from anywhere at any time via mobile or desktop (it's also very good looking). We haven't had many problems but if there are then it would help us resolve them quickly without making lots of calls back into HQ! It could take some getting used too - I'm sure once you spend several hours messing about trying things out everything gets easier though :) Accessing sales data when working away form…

Best AI Assistant for Customer Service

The best part about this program is its easy interface which makes it very user friendly. Also we have many features available like Chatbots, FAQ's etc. It also integrates with other tools like Slack or Teams so you don't need to use multiple apps. I would say one thing which could improve if they add some new features. For example auto responder feature should come soon.
