Review on Ozmo by Allen Hart

The best part about this program is its easy interface which makes it very user friendly. Also we have many features available like Chatbots, FAQ's etc. It also integrates with other tools like Slack or Teams so you don't need to use multiple apps. I would say one thing which could improve if they add some new features. For example auto responder feature should come soon. And sometimes when i try to search something from the chatbot panel then it says "No results found". We are solving our customer service problems at ease and effectively.
