Great price and overall value. The devices work as they should. I placed 20 of these (from multiple orders) in strategic locations. Coincidentally, just 2 days later, one of them responded to suds overflowing from the washing machine riser/drain. It may have been harmless foam, but it did what it was supposed to! Compared to testing (inserting the battery and touch contacts for the alarm), I was only able to disable the real alarm by prying off the top and removing the battery. Drying the contacts did not turn off the alarm. I am glad that a battery was included with every device. I plan to replace them all in a year or so. I'm going broke but plan on using long life lithium spares to hopefully extend the time between replacements. A negative note. One unit in a pack of 8 (2 per box) was broken and not working. Internal circuit board attachment broken, electrical parts rattling. I didn't bother with the AZ return process as I would have to assemble one of the sets, repackage etc. They had already been sent and it wasn't worth the small cost to dispose of them.
