For a true RMS multimeter this instrument is excellent. The auto-scaling is a big plus, so you don't need to know in advance the voltage range you're working with like many other cheaper meters do. Up to 20 amperes of current is also good. The sensors are also of good quality. The lighting is sufficient with a white LED. The only major downside is that the screen scratches easily, so you'll need to be careful not to put it in a touch-prone position. If the screen was polycarbonate it would be better but for the price I've never seen a multimeter I liked better.
