First, the "it could be much better" news:The documentation, pictures, "manual" (if you can call it that), etc, are incomplete, unclear, etc. For example, my specific product isn't list on their site, there isn't a picture of my product, the app tells you to do things that are impossible ("press the reset button" when there is no such button), etc.Now, the good news:Once you understand how to get it connected (that is, the setup stuff), SO FAR, it's really a great product! The app's button turns the light(s) (or whatever) on/off very smoothly and quickly. I had a couple lights that had switches that were hard to reach and/or twist. With this little gadget, I can use Alexa, the app, or the buttons to turn those lights on/off.Beef up the administration/infrastructure and you'll see lots of 5-star ratings.
