Made the job a lot easier.
I was able to easily hook up a stereo to my 2008 Mustang by replacing the main Shaker 500 unit. The plugins worked great with the factory plugin. The only addition would be to drop the booster voltage from 12v to 5v if you have Ford's premium boost system. It was nice to be able to plug this in conveniently before ripping apart my dash, half the job was done by the time I got to that point.
