Worked great for a while and then deformations on the frame started to appear and today it happened (see picture) driving 55 on the Autobahn. After the cushion split, the bikes slipped as it moved due to a cushion failure, then my trunk and bumper were damaged. After that, the frame was bent and shifted from the center. I didn't trust the structural integrity so I waited on the side of the road for an hour for a friend to come and collect the bikes. For a while this product worked great and after a while 90 days. After that the crashes started. If the company sees this please contact me and send me a return so you can review the product. My frame had a serious defect and if these bikes fall off someone behind me could die.
