You get what you pay for
Mine took 1 year and 4 months. It was a good little flashlight and served a useful purpose, but it's dead now. Very easy to use in a clean environment. Used 2-3 times a week maximum. I understand that these USB powered lights are not designed for long term use. LEDs can last for decades, but the power supplies that keep the juice going don't last long. This is part of the design. Built to fail. Now I'm looking for a better replacement that plugs into a 110v outlet with a simple switch and replaceable bulbs. More money of course and hopefully a longer life.
