Ease in use with custom user roles. I am an owner operator so it allows me flexibility when running my business. The customer support can be overwhelming - but that's just how they do things! It takes some time & training up your team before you get all users fully on board w/ what is achievable via this software. We have been able to reduce our administrative overhead by allowing us quicker access to information without having to constantly login / logout or wait at reception desks whilst we're working away from base (it also provides peace of mind if someone does not turn up).
