Field Nexus is a cloud-based field service management app for service professionals to automate their workflows. This solution includes a native mobile app and complementary Web portal and serves a wide range of industries, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pest control etc. Field Nexus helps companies ditch paperwork in favor of a digital solution. It offers features such as job scheduling, dispatching, payment processing, estimates, automated receipts and invoices, customer notifications, service agreements, PMA's, material and parts ordering management etc. Field Nexus also integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks Online software. This solution is available across the U.S. and Canada.

Intuitive interface, scalable for growth and adaptable as needs change over years

Ease in use with custom user roles. I am an owner operator so it allows me flexibility when running my business. The customer support can be overwhelming - but that's just how they do things! It takes some time & training up your team before you get all users fully on board w/ what is achievable via this software. We have been able to reduce our administrative overhead by allowing us quicker access to information without having to constantly login / logout or wait at reception desks whilst…
