Per my doctor’s recommendation, I have to do weight bearing exercise to improve my bone density at my lower spine and hips. The weight bearing exercise is to add weight onto my ankles while walking or jogging. The fabric of the Portzon ankle weight is very soft. I have been using the ankle weight for 3 weeks and they are comfortable. I saw some reviews about the materials not lasting. I hope that I shall graduate to a heavier weight by then. The size is small but okay with me because my ankle size is small. It may be a problem for others.
