Difficult adhesion to the bed. . . Great color!

My printers are in the garage, so winter temperatures can affect print quality. That being said, I have a few PLA filaments that print well at the 60ยฐF temperature that my garage provides. There is no PL in that. It deforms SO MUCH on my Prusa i3. I really should attach some photos to show the massacre, but unfortunately I don't have the prints to hand at the moment. I tried different ways to make it stick to my smooth PEI spring steel sheet. I've scratched one side (thoroughly), used the smooth side, used various bedfills from glue stick to a few commercial fills. All this at different printing temperatures and layer temperatures from 60 to 90ยฐC. After many failed "Tippi Tree" sheets I finally had success with a super hot build plate (90ยฐC) and some PC Magigoo which has a pretty intense hold. After further adjusting the settings, I've also had success printing with the strongest glue stick I've used. All in all it's a good yarn, good size and excellent colour. However, I wouldn't buy it again if I'm going to print in the winter. I haven't had a chance to test the filament in higher ambient temperatures, but I suspect it will perform better. Your mileage may vary.
