Review on Bates Paint Brushes - 4 Pack: Professional Wood Handle Set for Wall, Trim, and Sash Painting by Mark Perry

I was skeptical considering the whole set costs $10. I've always been the Purdy brush guy and for good reason, but $20 a brush is ridiculous. I tried these products and was pleasantly surprised. They're not bad for their cost. Very elastic, hold a decent amount of paint, very easy to clean. I don't know what they're made of, but it's decent. The only complaint I have is that the bristles tend to bunch up after a few hours of use and start sticking out of the sides of the brush. A quick scrub and wire brush and they'll bounce back instantly. I would recommend trying them out for the cost. I got 5 different sized brushes for half the price of 1 Purdy.
