This is a good product. Don't forget to cover the wires with a hard rubber/plastic cover before crimping the connectors! I blew it out on this one but was still able to get it to work by cutting off the back of the boot to allow the bushings to go through. I decided to crimp and then solder so nothing fell apart. Bare sockets can be a bit thicker so they don't bend where the wire connects to them, but once they snap into the ceramic plug, that's not a problem. Recommend to anyone who needs to replace H4 connector. Remember that the wires exit straight from the back, so check the free space behind the connector in your application.
