When I received them, I liked the way they looked and was dying to use them, so I immediately washed them in warm soapy water, rinsed them well and put them in place on a towel to air dry. As I paced the kitchen, I kept smelling something. I thought it was my trash can, no. Checked my slide/sink, no. I finally smelled the spray and my whole kitchen smelled like it. Then I read some reviews from others with the same problem. Can't believe other reviews don't mention that awful smell. I immediately packed them up and sent them back. So disappointed I couldn't use them. But the smell was indescribable and I almost threw up.
