about the total lack of customer and tech support from Nilight. While LED light bars should be of decent quality, only time will tell how they perform and hold up. Before I bought 7 of their light bars I had a few questions about their TL-09 bulbs. I've tried contacting Nilight by phone and through the customer support portal on their website to no avail. After ordering and receiving the lamps I ordered, I again attempted to contact Nilight by phone and found that their phone number had been removed from their website, so I filled out a customer support request on their online portal. Within 24 hours I received an email asking for more information, which I promptly provided. When I did not receive a response to the information provided, I filled out another online customer support ticket and sent a separate email to Nilight from which I received no response. With absolutely no customer support or tech support, I wouldn't recommend running a store. with Nilight or by purchasing one of their products.
