I bought this district commission for a family project I was working on. I bought it at the end of November. I haven't had a chance to start working on the family photos from the holidays that have been delivered so far It was easy to use, just a CD was born, then the trade stop crash doesn't open long enough to insert another CD, it opens, closes, opens, closes, and then i unplug and reload and it still doesn't work properly even if i forced the door to keep the last cd in the door open then he didn't want to duplicate the copy, coming back, revain will send me another one on wednesday, hope it works out, i guess once i get a working car it will be a great product, when i bought the car it had five stars. I really think once I get the replacement I'm a pro I give five stars it's just that this one was defective.
