These shoes are amazing! Very comfortable and light. Not waterproof, but with a rubber sole, ideal for ice and snow. I'm a size 14 and the larger size was $19.99 for a pair. The sole pad is thin and I will be wearing a hole in it in a little over a month. So I can expect to pay $180 a year for work shoes. That's not bad considering they're more comfortable and perform better on ice than the non-slip brands I pay $55 for. I go through a pair of $55 stamps for 3 months or 3 pairs a year. I pay a little more for it, but the comfort and performance are much better.
