I really don't like your tech support. Just to help with a small question I have to spend 2 hours for a simple solution. I should have paid more attention to that from the start. I ordered another system and the box was broken. So I got another product, after a month of installation one of the cameras just stopped working, called and wrote to tech support and got no response. Now I realized that there were no window or door stickers in the boxes I received. . I got tech support and went through a big process (almost 1 hour) so I can get an email later to keep asking myself the same questions. Technical support for Swann Security systems really sucks!
