I love that they have an option to make it as simple or complex you need, from using their standard templates for creating your own documents through adding custom fields & layouts so we can easily customize our reports however needed! The customer service is also great at answering questions quickly via email - which helps when there are problems with functionality (such has not being able to export data).
Nothing really comes across negatively but maybe if more people used this product then some features may be made available in other products? We use them primarily because most others don't offer what we're looking specifically after such as exporting specific sets/groups /users etc., though all functions work well enough once set up correctly!! Using these services allows us to keep track of stock levels without having multiple spreadsheets going out into various locations around different accounts within my business. It's easy accessable throughout any location where i'm working remotely allowing me peace-of mind knowing everything will still get done.
