I've heard a lot of people complain that their kids don't like the taste of these drops but my 6 month old daughter doesn't mind at all. My doctor recommended it after my daughter had slept over 16 hours every day for 3 consecutive days and was very cranky when she woke up. It turned out that she was low on iron. We noticed a difference in her mood after the second day of use, and after a week her sleeping habits were back to normal. I EBF so we put the drops straight in her mouth and she never refused them. I've read that BF babies are less likely to spit out our meds because they are used to different flavors as their mother's milk tastes slightly different depending on what she ate. While a formula-fed baby only has one taste, every taste (good or bad) is usually rejected the first time or so.
