Do not hesitate to buy, the quality is amazing for the price.
Various advantages: Sensor that is small, sensitive, and compact. Requires Aqara hub. Compatible with Apple's HomeKit. Cons It "loses" the network occasionally, and in order to reconnect it, you have to crawl under the bathroom where it is located in order to do so.
