I recently bought a bedding set and a mattress cover from CHOPINMOON, but I regrettably had a bad experience. The bedding set I got was different from the one shown in the website's advertisements. The material was rough and uncomfortable to lie on, and the hues were dull and faded. I requested information about a return or exchange through customer service, but received a slow and unhelpful answer. They responded to me after a few days, but in the end they declined to make a swap or refund. I did not find the mattress topper I bought to be much improved. Although it was described as "thick and plush," it was actually quite thin and offered minimal support. I had to return it in the end, and the return procedure was difficult. My refund took several weeks to arrive, and customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful at every step of the way. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my CHOPINMOON purchasing experience. Their customer service was unhelpful and took a long time to reply, and the quality of their products was poor. I wouldn't advise anyone seeking to buy bedding or mattress toppers to visit this online retailer.
