My Accord hasn't started lately. I went to the local auto shop for a diagnosis. They want to charge me $698.77 (parts and labor) to replace the distributor, spark plug, and spark plug wire harness. I bought all the materials from Revain for $107.18: distributor [https://amzn.to/2lStAMQ], ignition wire set [https://amzn.to/2mDgrrs] and spark plug [https://amzn.to/2lUjAmp ] The spark plug cable set consists of five cables. 4 for spark plugs, one for the distributor. They are made in Japan. These are good quality wires. It fits my '93 Honda Accord. You may need OEMTOOLS Tools Spark Plug Socket 22887 5/8" 3/8" Magnetic Spark Plug Socket for removing spark plugs if you don't already have one. Before removing the cables, mark/photograph how the existing cables are attached. Search "Honda Accord Distributor Dismissal Order" on YouTube for proper spark plug wiring. When I take out the spark plugs they have some oil, I wipe the socket with a paper towel. end key. DO NOT overtighten the spark plug. I apply a small force after tightening the bushing with normal force. I replace each wire on the spark plug and then attach the other end to the distributor cap. Do not forget that you need to connect an additional cable. When inserting the cable into the engine block/manifold, be sure to insert it fully. That's all.
