Great Taste and Pleasant Tingling. My boyfriend loves the taste and usually hates my pre workout. The chewy worm tastes amazing, very sour which is a plus for me but might be a minus for others. Strong tingling, which in turn can be negative if you don't want it. Overall value is subjective and depends on what you value, but I think the product defies all claims and has a strong, unique flavor. Not my main blend as I like the more subtle flavor (Lemonade is Level 1 by CN) but it's good for a change. recommended
