Fans have anti-vibration rubber isolators on all four corners on both sides. The cables are about 10 inches long and have 3-pin fan connectors and molex connectors. I used 6 of these fans in an Antec case, connected two of the fans via molex and then connected them to the motherboard via a 3 pin header. Since these are not PWM fans, the brightness of the LED rings directly corresponds to the fan speed. When my system is running at low temperatures, the rings glow dimly and get brighter as the temperature rises. I love that easy to see temperature gauge. I love that temperature gauge that is easy to see I would highly recommend these fans but if you want PWM make sure you get the ones with 4 pin connectors!
