I didn't have the best experience with this product but the company was very good. It was very difficult to use for a beginner, but if you're more experienced, you might not have the same problems as me. When I started trying to heat it up, it took forever to stick to the fabric, then it started to melt, making the fabric sticky and leaving marks no matter what temperature I used. It took a long time to repair too much work for quality. The company really got back to me and offered me a full refund, their customer service is very helpful. I appreciate it. I have used their other HTV and it works very well.
