The ease of use when creating an account! It's so simple to create accounts with different teams in your organization or departments within the same team. I love that they have created some great templates which can be used straight away upon creation of an account. Also you can easily switch between devices such as laptops and desktop PCs. There are options to enable push notifications which is very useful if you do not want to receive emails from other users. You cannot see all the information at once about who has viewed what files etc. This could help improve the system by adding this feature. We like using compucom because it helps us stay connected without having to worry about passwords every time someone else logs into our computer.
