Not what I was expecting

I ordered this hooded cape for my mom who is always cold. She likes a hood that she can tie under her chin. This cape was too heavy for her and too bulky. The hood part was like a tunnel you had to stick your head through. This part would definitely frighten her. This cape might work for others, but it didn’t work for her. Sorry.
