Very good, but expect screws to fail eventually
Solidly built enclosure, with what seems to be excellent weatherproof seals. Seal is poured/cured into the cover, (rather than a loose gasket or o-ring that might shrink/break). Exterior mounting holes would be ideal, but not a deal breaker.My only complaint is that the screws are a non-standard shape and are plastic. When (not if) they break, it will be all-but-impossible to replace them ad therefore will be all-but-impossible to keep the enclosure sealed.
- This is a strong project box. It was worth every penny.
- The lid of the junction box may not seal tightly, allowing moisture or dust to enter and potentially damage the electronics inside
