Very good, but expect screws to fail eventually

Solidly built enclosure, with what seems to be excellent weatherproof seals. Seal is poured/cured into the cover, (rather than a loose gasket or o-ring that might shrink/break). Exterior mounting holes would be ideal, but not a deal breaker.My only complaint is that the screws are a non-standard shape and are plastic. When (not if) they break, it will be all-but-impossible to replace them ad therefore will be all-but-impossible to keep the enclosure sealed.

Pros
  • This is a strong project box. It was worth every penny.
Cons
  • The lid of the junction box may not seal tightly, allowing moisture or dust to enter and potentially damage the electronics inside

Nice plastic enclosure.

O made a few holes in two of the 4 sides one is for a buck and boost moduls rated 4 amps with extra cooling. In the opsite side I made it two 1.5 ' diameter I mounted a 20 mm 12volt fan in. One of the holes with a fan guard second hole only got a fan guard. Worked really well.

just what I needed: my feedback

this box is exactly what I needed for my project, the only complaint is that one of the screw heads seems to be distorted or defective

  • Solid product, durable, works as it described and should. Very pleased.
Cons
  • The depth of the box may not accommodate larger electronic components or wiring, limiting the types of projects that can be built inside it

Nice product for my opinion

This is a nice quality product at a great price. Very easy to work with. Completely sealed up when closed. I am using one for a meter enclosure and it will work great.

Pros
  • I did not use it. But it is very solid. Made well. Just not what I wanted.
Cons
  • The holes for mounting the enclosure are not very versatile and may not fit all types of walls or surfaces

Great water Tight Box

I used my box for a water proof Light Switch box on my Quad and love how it turned out, it’s very well Made and looks like it will be a solid piece for years to comeFYI. I spray painted it black to blend with the ATV

Pros
  • Used it for junction box for boat Air Conditioner electrical connections.
Cons
  • The ABS plastic material used in this product is not very durable and can easily crack or break under stress
