Exactly what they say and very easy to install. I connected my cable to a 12v socket using a cable splice, which can be a problem depending on the car if you don't want to use a 12v plug. They look incredible under the dash. Update: They've been on my truck for over a year now and they're on all the time I'm driving as they turn on automatically. No problem, they still work great.
