Review on BeeBills by John Hall

I love all of their features! From being able to customize templates, setting up recurring bills etc., everything works very well with what they've built in this platform. Their support team has been responsive as always. However sometimes it takes longer than necessary (a few days) before someone responds back from chat versus directly through email which can't be good if it goes over a couple business days but overall great! Invoice management makes our jobs easier when we don't have time ourselves during weekdays. It saves us having to create more work by entering billable data one-by-one manually instead just making them print right off of the template. We also like using templates so customers are not confused about why there's missing information - e.g. date range/amount due - because those details were already entered into the billing page.
