The customer service has been great! They have helped me resolve issues quickly which was very valuable to us at this time when we were having some network outages due to COVID concerns in our area specifically with Zoom meetings where many people worked remotely from home for safety reasons. I would like more options as far as pricing goes but they are not cheap so it's hard to justify an increased budget if you're working remote anyway or just don't need/want additional help desk support via phone calls etc. We didn't realize how much work went into setting up everything properly before going live - no one told us about any limitations until after launch day (which also made things difficult). This platform saved us hours per week compared to using Slack internally only because there wasn’t anything similar available yet then. I like how easy it was to use for my employees with their access from anywhere in our organization! The customer service could be better but they are always willing to help when needed!! You can't go wrong if you choose this product. We have been very pleased so far using AllCovered products at work. Employees love being able to login securely via VPN or remote desktop software as well as accessing files remotely without having to come into office everyday (which saves time).
