Pyrex still keeps best in the microwave. Even their plastic lids have clear instructions printed on the bottom as to what they can and cannot be used for. Lids are fridge, freezer and microwave safe; but NOT for normal oven use and it is dishwasher safe ON THE TOP RACK ONLY. The shipping packaging was excellent. No major brands break or chip, fancy clip covers are awkward to use, I suspect they could actually damage the glass. I wouldn't even consider using those nameless plastic clip lids in the microwave. I suspect that the claims made in the descriptions of many of these untitled attachments are FALSE and not intended for microwave use etc and they certainly don't hold up well. In the end it's a waste of money.
