Review on Secure Your Home with Brinks 2798-119 Bell Style Keyed Entry Knob and Single Cylinder Deadbolt Set, Keyed Alike, Satin Nickel, 2-Pack by Jesse Francilme

I received and installed 2 sets of locks on two doors in less than 2 hours. The locks look exactly as shown in the description. All four items were well packaged and had no visual defects. The installation didn't cause any problems either. The only very minor issue was that the screws and bolts were packaged in small unmarked plastic bags and I had to be careful to get the right parts. The four keys supplied fit all locks and the mechanisms work perfectly. After a year I have to lower the original score from 4 to 3. The locks still work well, but the deadbolt is too soft and needs frequent sanding to work smoothly. Dents appear and it also loses its chrome shine. The only reason given for 4 runs instead of 5 is perceived durability. The mechanism of my old locks (Kwikset) turned out to be a bit thicker and stiffer. I don't know if this affects the durability of these locks. If there are any problems in the future I will post an update. So far the impression is positive.
