Review on 👣 Viva Ankle Ice Pack Wrap by Charles Quinones

I was barefoot when I tried it on for the first time. I didn't like how it felt against my skin. Too cold. After putting on a thick sock it got a lot better. For a sprained leg, this would be great for swelling. I had a long board and 15 screws to glue my ankle together. 8 weeks in plaster made the cold parts of this orthosis stick directly to metal and bone. Update - 2 months post ankle hole surgery there is still a lot of swelling. This sleeve/clamp was a godsend. With the swelling comes an incessant pressure pain. Wrapping with multiple ice packs brings sweet relief. 😊
