I wasn't sure what I would end up using this container for but had a few ideas. the shelf is clean, ice cubes. I only bought one because I wanted to see if it was good quality for the price first. I ended up using it for ice cubes. We just bought a new fridge freezer underneath. The ice bin is large and takes up too much space. Also, we don't like ice from the fridge and we make our own from filtered water in ice cube molds. I love how this container fits in the freezer. The handle is a little wobbly considering the container is so sturdy, but it doesn't look like it's going to break. But I wouldn't put anything heavier than ice there myself. It was easy for me to get in and out of the freezer drawer. Holds at least 6 Sterilite or Rubbermaid ice trays. I can't remember which of these brands we just bought. Measurements are accurate. There were 3 small balls of glue on the paper. I washed the container with Dawn dish soap and it helped a bit. I then took an alcohol swab, 70%, and was able to remove pretty much everything. I read the instructions on Revain and it said this is not dishwasher safe. However, it washes easily by hand, so I don't have a problem with that. Other reviews mentioned containers that were scratched and/or frayed from careless packaging. This container came alone in a box of the same size and was wrapped in brown paper and not badly scratched or damaged. I will buy more of these containers. I like the ones I have and I can think of multiple uses for them.
