Product works but be prepared to install without seller tech support. Almost three weeks have passed since two calls for help. and no answer. Previously I had actually been contacted and promised to receive an email. I'm still waiting. I'm sure most installations are fairly easy as long as it's a regular series of air conditioners following the diagrams. Problems arise when they are installed on a less common air conditioner without a proper circuit. The lack of support is unfortunate as the product works. Given that there are other distributors with similar products, I will personally consider options from others.
