Unreliable, difficult to assemble, wrong parts
Pros: Nice to assemble, but that's about it. Cons: Not durable at all. The screws for this product didn't fit the holes (and yes, several people have tested it, assembled it, and tried to get it to work). Either the screws are too long or the drill holes are too tight, because the screws won't hold the thing together for more than a week. With regular use (no reclining, just sitting) the chair's screws just fall out and the chair itself becomes a wobbly disaster. I am very disappointed as I thought for the price I paid for these chairs they would be used for well over a week at least. They're also too big to go back, so what the heck is the point?!?
