The chairs were easy to assemble after I found that I should only screw the screws in half way until I screwed them all in as they don't line up exactly. The chairs look great but I have one leg shorter than the other so the chair is not level with the floor. I have wooden floors so the chair is quite wobbly and I don't know how to get a replacement.

The quality and workmanship is decent, but the design is structurally imperfect. I weigh 180 pounds or less and the chair legs move noticeably when I sit down, even though I have tightened all the screws. Besides that. The hind legs touch the ground pointwise rather than flat. I had to get rid of that plastic on the ends of the chair legs and smooth the ends of the back legs so the surface was parallel to the floor to avoid the sharp end marks on my hardwood floor.

Great chairs perfect for a small office. Several colleagues have asked me to link them because they look amazing and are very COMFORTABLE. The padding hits you right between your lower and mid-back, allowing you to sit comfortably upright without even trying. One star off for assembly because you have to assemble them loosely, then sit on them to keep them from wobbling, then tighten which took several rounds to completely eliminate the wobble, even on carpet.

Pros: Nice to assemble, but that's about it. Cons: Not durable at all. The screws for this product didn't fit the holes (and yes, several people have tested it, assembled it, and tried to get it to work). Either the screws are too long or the drill holes are too tight, because the screws won't hold the thing together for more than a week.
