The best thing about chatgo was its ability as an all-inclusive platform for businesses of any size or industry verticals. It has helped us build our brand by giving more exposure in social media platforms like Facebook messenger, WeChat etc. I have not found anything negative yet but would love if they could add some other features such as SMS integration so we can also reach out to customers via text messages too since it's always good to keep them connected! As mentioned above, everything you need within one place at your fingertips which makes life easy when managing multiple clients/customers from different locations around the world. Also helps reduce manual work done manually by employees who are spread across various time zones.
