Matching spark plugs for 2012 Jetta SE 2.5L. They come with .040 inch foreplay (double checked with different gaps). The recommended clearance for this vehicle is 1mm to 1.1mm (0.039" to 0.043"). The OEM plugs I removed at 50,000 miles were the same spark plugs. VW recommend changing them at 40k, I found that too much and as the car started and worked well I decided to extend it to 50k but it was time to change them, they were already worn out. I measured the gap on the old ones, it was 0.046. Now with the new and new air filter, my car purrs like a cat.
