I had an old and broken set that was missing a few beats so it was time for a new one. The price of the Xage set was very competitive, so I ordered it. First, the case is very well made. My old set came in a block of wood, but the new ones mostly just come in a cheap plastic or cloth sleeve that twists and not only rips or tears but the dies fall out. This bag is durable and closes with a zipper. It's still compact and easy to store. The punches themselves are good steel and have ribs along the body to hold them, but they aren't pronounced enough to feel like filing. I had two projects that required different sized stamps and they worked well. Very happy with this purchase.
