I agree with the other low raters for this pad.

They are too thick, and don't fit in most of my shoes. When I found a pair of shoes they fit in, I found the height was too much - I started limping after a very short time. But of course, it's possible (although unlikely) that I didn't insert them correctly, since (as someone else pointed out), they do not come with instructions.

Pros

The medium size can also fit those with slightly larger or smaller feet

Cons

May lose effectiveness over time
