Review on Tool Home Abrasive Wheel Sander Diameter by Micheal Esquivel

Very hard cast iron Hudson head

12/10/19: I found a lot of glue on the cylindrical heads and grooves were cut in the aluminum which I sanded off the glue. Stop the petal effect. I hope I was really impressed with how well these flap wheels work. I've tried everything from carbide bits to stones, sanders with abrasive pads, and even grinding wheels, but this is the best I've found. Of course, it's best if you can reach the areas to be sanded, which is often a problem and therefore requires many different types of sanding items. I used them on the side (vertical) of the combustion chambers so the head material didn't protrude past the gasket when installed, which can cause hot spots and detonation issues. Used in a very well used 20 year old Dremel with manual extension. The cast iron Hudson head I used them on is very high in nickel and according to my mechanic was the toughest cutting head he had seen in 30 years when he picked it up a few months ago. The fact that they cut just as well and last just as long speaks volumes! I highly recommend it!
